They're meant to extend down to the back of your hands so you don't get them riding up your forearm when you hold/reach for something. - Collar is far too wide, and buttons far too large, for your frame- The coat is generally too big for you, causing a poor drape and lots of folding on the front panel and sleeves- Shoulders have zero structure. It's not a raglan sleeve coat. There should be at least some padding there to make you look more masculine- You're wearing an overcoat over a t-shirt or some kind of thin knitwear
