I'm training to be a school teacher. I plan to wear some variation of this every day.

1. Harrington-style jacket (khaki/navy)
2. crew-neck sweater (optional layering for colder months of the year)
3. burgundy knit tie (optional when extra formality is needed)
3. OCBD (various shades)
4. high-rise classic fit flat front chinos (shades of grey and khaki)
5. brown derbies/loafers

How is it/how would you improve it?

This or corduroy sport coat.
I love your ideas so far. I kinda wish I could wear that stuff everyday. Only doing for special occasions makes is more exciting and less of a uniform though.

I love your ideas! I would recommend wearing high rise pleated pants as well. They can be dressed up or worn more casually.
