Does removing your wisdom teeth improve your aesthetics?

It's optional for me and I'm not sure if I should get it. They say it makes your face leaner

No, it wouldn't do anything. They aren't so wide that they make your jaw jut out. Nor would your jaw change if they were gone.
LOL, where did you get such a stupid fucking idea anyway??
Just go on a diet if you want a leaner face. Ripping those teeth out fucking sucks, even with all the drugs. They use pliers and really wrench on them. I've been through it. And then I couldn't smoke cigarettes for a couple days. What a hassle.
If it's optional avoid it.

Dr. Mew, the creator of mewing, says that removing your wisdom teeth unnecessarily causes bone loss, which will result in a smaller maxila and mandible. This causes an alien-like flushed look eventually and you will look worse than before.
