When you have a wife and kids you can basically just give up, or at the very least stop trying. You've successfully achieved your biological imperative, anything beyond that is just vanity - which is totally fine if that's what you're into, but just objectively speaking it's pointless.When I went to Thailand I saw so many fat old geezers in shorts and flipflops and I know that no matter how much I lift, how much I diet, how much I spend on clothes and accessories these people mog me to oblivion because even though I'm objectively way better looking (and I'm not even some kind of Chad, I'd rate myself a 6/10 on an average day) these guys have likely passed on their genes and even if they're no longer married or involved in their kids lives in any way they've already "won" life and they've earned the right to burn out their golden years sipping Chang on the boardwalk and fucking 19 year olds.
