How would you style a shirt like this for a casual setting?I'm thinking chinos or jeans for the pants, but I'm not sure what kind of footwear would go best with this. This is the link to the shirt if anyone is interested: https://www.fredperry.com/us/men/polo-shirts/m3-m3-100.html
>>18655979Tuck your polos you degenerates, even if it's for a casual setting. Men used to tuck their polo shirts even while playing sports until like 10 years ago, because it keeps your shirt in place and prevents it from flopping around everywhere and riding up when you raise your arms or bend. And yes, you wear chinos or jeans with a polo shirt, in mid or high rise, especially if you're tucking. Throw all your low rise faggot pants out.
>>18655979Trousers and some kind of loafer or other shoe of your choice here. If it's hot out, shorts are fine instead. I think if you're going to wear it with sneakers, you might as well switch to a tee shirt.
First of all, polo shirts only look good if you’re fit or have old rich guy aura. Second, you can really only wear chinos and golf pants with them. The old money trend got people trying to wear baggy linen pants with Ralph Lauren polos and it just looks bad. Stick to chinos, golf a tennis apparel. For footwear, you’re limited pretty much to loafers and boat shoes, and obviously, golf shoes and tennis shoes,
>>18656306What kind of tennis shoes?
>>18655979Since you're posting Fred Perry look through their shoe collection to give you ideas on what style of shoe would go with it. Fred Perry is influenced by U.S. Ivey League/New England WASP style so that should give you more ideas. The tennis shoe advice is good since Fred Perry himself was British Tennis player and he launched his line of clothing to go with that sport and in competition with Rene Lacoste.

>>18656625The kind you would actually play tennis in because wearing tennis shoes unless you’re at a country club to play tennis is retarded
>>18656701>>18657042>>18657119I've been wearing these and chinos, but I feel like its not the best fit. What do you guys think? Would something like Adidas Stan Smiths fit better?
>>18656301I'm going for a more casual look though.
>>18657341Frankly I'd go more with a dress shoe than an athletic shoe. With that particular polo I'd wear black chinos or trousers and black monkey boots to go with it. Monkey boots are so under appreciated. Another possibility are black leather high top chucks.
>>18657341I don’t even like regular polo shirts. I only wear knit polo sweaters and technical golf shirts so I only wear loafers or golf shoes with them. If you are going to wear regular polos I would say classic NBs like this are ok, but loafers, boat shoes, camp mocs, or maaaaybe some white classic tennis trainers would be better. I wouldn’t wear anything dressy like the other guy said. Polo shirts are a casual item so they should be worn with casual footwear imo.
>>18657343To me a polo isn't really casual, it's more a replacement for a long sleeve shirt when it would be too warm for one since I live in Florida.
