I'm surprised this didn't catch on hard when pinrolling sweeped the sneaker scene
its the only way I wear boots these days
I'm a personal fan of the Cloud Strife aesthetic myself

If you're going to double cuff, the thickness of the cuff actually has to look big enough to justify doing a double cuff in the first place, but it also can't be too big to the point where it makes your proportions look goofy and childish. When people pinroll their cuff, it immediately signifies that they just want a double cuff for the sake of having a double cuff, even though it would look a million times better if they did a thicker single turn up, or even just didn't cuff at all. Also, double cuffing with a pair of tapered jeans and boots like your pic is retarded. The hem on tapered jeans is too tight to the point where it can't fall onto your feet and instead has to be cuffed above the ankle of the boot, making it look tryhard and gay. Its screams, "Look at my boots! I'm so cool with my cuff and big boy boots!". Your hem (cuffed or not) should rest on your actual feet for a more natural look instead of above your ankles. Stacking your hem (to an extent) on your feet also looks much more natural compared to cuffing above the ankle

>pin rolling
What was it like being in a coma?

Super gay. If you are worried about your pants getting muddy just tuck them into your boots for a moment or wear more appropriate footwear.

I still do this, but with looser jeans than that skinny fit. It's a great way to clean up the break if there is extra length, but I deliberately bought some of them a little longer for cuffing.

Yeah my jeans are definitely slim which is the optimal fit between the millennial skinny fit and the revolting baggy zoomer """pants"""
I don't care how trends change I'm never wearing anything except slim fit jeans
