Is there a consensus on what is the ideal rise measurement for comfortably wearing high waisted pants? Sometimes when I want to tuck a shirt in I belt up above the waist but it can feel a tad precarious around the old meat and two veg, if you catch my drift.
>>18661614There's no single measurement since all bodies are different Just wear them up to your natural waist
>>18661614Bryan ferry mentioned

>>18661615What's the natural waist? Navel? Right bellow the navel? On top of the hip crease?
>>18661614With high rise pants use suspenders if possible especially if you're wearing a jacket over, and go somewhere between belly button and natural waist. Much more comfortable than using a belt, but if you are only going to use a belt natural waist like >>18661615 said is probably your best bet since it shouldn't slide down past.
>>18661707Where the waist tapers in the most, usually above navel but can depend on how fat you are and might be closer to the ribs.
>>18661709That'd be Urkell level of high waisted pants.
>>18661735Good motivation to get /fit/
>>18661614I like up to my belly button
>>18661614it really depends on your body and how wide your trousers areall my trousers are very wide and have a rise of 12-13 inches so i wear them above my navel, slightly below my ribcagethis is what i consider high riseslimmer trousers will need a slightly lower rise so they dont look disproportional
