What kind of bottomwear should I wear if I severe bow legs? Are loose pants my only option? I wish I could wear shorts without looking like a complete freak

Some strings in the middle and your a harp. Just wear shoes with some decent heel-height to give your legs more vertical-ness. Maybe boots that go up the leg some? Honestly, bowed legs aren't that weird seeming.
I have leg length and foot-size differences that make me stand like I'm Mick Jagger -- poking my ass to the side, and I strain my feet unevenly.
We're all a little fucked, no big deal.
