Former teacher here. Get fit, grow your hair out medium-long, if you’re balding regrow it, keep 1-day stubble. Your M-Th fit should be OCBD tucked into chinos with loafers or boots, probably chukka boots. F you can wear jeans and maybe a sweatshirt from your Alma Mater. For outerwear, wear down to earth items like barn coats, LL Bean Maine parkas, trendy but not too trendy outdoor brand down jackets or fleeces. The female teachers will crush on you if you follow my advice and aren’t ugly.
