Not to mention the 1/8th inch jack was removed on all name brand flagship phones so you either need a usbc dongle or you have a flac player separately. I'm not above using a flac player and some iems in public but it does make you either look like a snobby tryhard or a complete autist with nothing in between. Plus now that spotify offers lossless there isn't really a purpose anymore especially with how many audiobooks and podcasts they also offer.
