I've wasted a few years trying to emulate something similar only to realise:
- it wasn't me
- it looked boring
- it was even culturally and context irrelevant

What really helped me was to evaluate:
- what colours look good on me, and to just select a few of them (example: navy, forest green, beige, brown. That's my palette)
- what fits me well (body type, generational, and also how do you live, where do you work, etc)
- what feels good and feels me. For that I checked some inspo, could be anything you personally like, for me it was actors from movies in the 70s so I tried to emulate some of it without it being larpy

Then there's just items that work, and that I like.
Coming to your image, the problem is also that half of what is there you won't use. I remember looking for a suit only to use it once. Waste of time. Same with the shoes : get white sneakers, something more dressy, and some trainers for sport and you're set, move on. 2 pairs of pants, dark wash : done. You can add "smart" ones in the mix if necessary.
Jackets : 1 winter coat, 1 light weather jacket. Done. Move on to what you need.

Only when your base rotation is solid enough you can start adding in more stuff. But concentrate on the strict necessary.

If you also want to be smart and avoid redundant colours you can define your base outfit palette, and use one color for layering that would always work. Example:
- base outfit is always navy, green or brown
- coat/jacket is always beige/camel

That way you don't find yourself wearing all blue or all beige from head to toe like an idiot. While I haven't implemented this I'm aiming towards this. Because I'm 33 and looking for clothes is not really as fun as it used to, I just want efficiency.

Ah, btw. A good watch goes a long way. Don't spend money on trashy fashion brands like MVMT, Daniel Wellington, Nixon and such. Get a Seiko, Citizen, Orient, or a Casio even. It adds character to an outfit, is masculine, and makes you feel great.

Seems you already have a more or less solid idea of what works for you - pea coats are awful tho, so it really depends on the type of weather where you live. Personally I went for a basic puffer, because I can't bother being cold or wet. Wool coats are nice but not going to be versatile if you get rain all winter

Lastly it just sounds you're circling a lot around grey, navy, beige. Nothing wrong but find an actual colour to add into that, and I'd suggest not abusing grey, which very quickly turns boring. I did wear a lot of grey until I realized it made me look just plain and meh. To me personally (dark blonde, pale skin) it was dark green, and lastly I added brown. Try some shit, have fun, see what makes you look like it's perfectly natural
