Le Beau Paradise Garden is for people that haven't experienced real tropical heat, that thing is too sweet, feels like someone spilled fruit smoothie all over you. I'm a hater even tough I have a JPG frag, Paradise Garden smells like the target audience is gay guys in florida. Tropical for me has to be fresh and citric, and the best I've tried are Acqua di Gio Profondo and D&G Light Blue for that seaside vibe. Eros Energy could also work, smells like someone is cutting lemons and oranges right in front of me.

imo warmer fragrances with a citrusy twang smell best in summer bc they compliment human body odour better than very light fruity fragrance. For spring I like pear, osmanthus and white musk. There's that light blue perfume from rituals that smells good

All this is down to perception and culture. Personally I feel like it's too much for summer, but I live in a place where the typical day goes up to 38-43c in the summer.

I love obsession though, I would say it's a top 10-15 scent for me, even though I've only worn it once or twice.
