Why did this shirt brand suddenly become so popular? I know literally nothing about the designer and I've never even hear it in a rap song or anything. Yet somehow I see mostly young people wearing this brand everywhere I go. It boggles the mind. Is it from a influencer?

It's versatile and a lot of hot girls wear it which is all it takes to make a fashion brand big. You can wear it during the spring, summer, fall, etc. and it will always be in style. You can wear it solo, under a flannel, underneath a hoodie or bomber jacket, the possibilities are endless. Plus the smiley face is an obvious nod to the hippie subculture (which women love) and drug culture, particularly LSD, hence why some shirts have that rainbow pattern on them.
