Has anyone here been able to fix their skin issues with dietary changes? How did you figure out what your triggers were?I don't have cystic acne but my pores are fucking massive and my skin is super bumpy and covered in blackheads. I seem to be allergic to most chemical exfoliants so I'm trying last resort methods.
>>18675807Sneed oils
>>18675807holy shit her skin looks so SHINY
>>18675809I'm using chuck oils right now :(
>>18675807>Has anyone here been able to fix their skin issues with dietary changes?Yeah.>How did you figure out what your triggers were?Elimination diet. In my case it's dairy and too much sugar from porking on processed sweets, which are common triggers. Start with dairy, quit it for a month or two ideally, evaulate results, try another pattern present in your diet so far. Reintroduce and see if skin gets worse again if you want to confirm,
>>18675847Reducing dairy more or less cleared the constant mild acne I used to have. I'd second this anon and completely eliminate it from your diet and see if anything improves. I still consume things like cheese every so often now with no issues but I completely avoid milk.
>>18675807No. I had the same issues as you coupled with cystic acne and some other deep inflamed subdermal acne.Getting milk and stuff with milk proteins out of my diet helped very slightly, no less than 10% (I'm not lactose intolerant but I have trouble with non a2 milk - look into it). I can tolerate raw milk, a2 milk and general dairy just fine.Cucked antibiotic creams EU doctors prescribe didn't work and I had to ultimately go with accutane. It both shrank my pores, getting rid of the blackheads and got destroyed the deeper subdermal acne.
>>18675862less than 10%... I've gotta head to bed
>>18675847this. I'm ok now just eating a bad meal tues and sat after working out, otherwise sticking to my inflammation diet and have perfect skin
Going gluten free, dairy free, and no added sugars completely got rid of all my acne and clogged pores
>>18675807never had any problem with my skin but i am trying to get rid of my dark circlesi just started niacinamide 2 days ago just to see if it will make a differencenow i randomly have a pimple on my foreheadit is supposedly normal in the beginning so i'll keep using it and see how it goes
>>18675807in case anyone was curious about the picrel's full face here it is
>>18676398Oh wow she's actually really pretty. I know she's got her eyes closed but still.
>>18675807>my pores are fucking massive and my skin is super bumpy and covered in blackheadsfind a esth that does microneedling. Should cost around 300-350. around five treatments.pic related is also a great read for diet and almost everything skin in general.
Once you take care of acne, having good skin is 90% avoiding UV exposure while you were young
>>18675812you mean greasy
>>18676443and oily
>>18675812>>18676443ermm its called having dewy skin
>>18676441but what if you have brown skinmy skin objectively looks better with a slight tan it looks bad with no sunlight
>>18676862Holy shit me too! Whenever my tan fades in winter I get constant comments about people telling me I look sick. Without a slight tan I literally look dead and everyone I know agrees.
>>18676862>>18676866me three! thank you both for clarifying SLIGHT tan. like i'm not trying to change races or any of that shit. once i have a slight tan i apply sunscreen as much as possible to keep the slight tan but at the same time not get any darker
>>18676933for me there's no such thing as a slight tan because i'm half black and out in the sun i get super dark after only a few hours. even with sunscreen and shit it still happens for better or worse
>>18676937hey at least you'll never get sunburns
>>18676950not quite that simple. if i stay outside really long with no sunscreen i can still get sunburned but it definitely does take quite a bit to get me sunburned. i'd probably only get sunburned if i stayed out in the sun literally all day with no sunscreen and without ever going in the shade but i'm not retarded enough to do that anyway
>>18675812its called make-up+baby oil
>>18676937im mulatto as well but i sometimes literally glow when i have a nice tan i dont mind getting a dark tan either cause it makes my dark spots and blimishes go away
>>18676937>>18677135For dark people like you guys getting a dark tan is no biggie but a White person who is as pale as snow going to milk chocolate brown is pretty much skin cancer incarnate. White people just weren't designed to get that dark. And to get that dark a White person has to be going out of their way to do it. It would not happen on accident.
