Although yeah I have no idea what is going on with those pants, looks like he walked out of karate practice or something. or they do not wear belts wherever he is.If you really are short as fuck however this won't truly help I think, because you can tell someone is oompa loompa mode no matter what just seeing if their head looks oddly large compared to their shoulder/torso width because that indicates a really small body under that head.
