Just because something is happening doesn't mean that everyone is gonna suddenly drop their current style just to fit in with what's happening. The vast majority of people already figured out what they like long ago and aren't gonna change it just for trends. I don't really see any of those things you described either. They're not so absurdly rare to be considered blasphemous like they were in the past but where I live for example almost all women still wear bras, every woman I personally know wears a bra, and the few braless women I see are usually just random women in the middle of crowds. No one judges them for being braless but they're still in the very small minority.
