Posting from last threadI think I've sort of hit a plateau right now, I used to starve a lot and i lost roughly like 40 lbs/18 kgsIm very proud of that progress but I still want to lose more weight but for some reason I just can't starve like I used to everytime I try I end up getting way too hungry and I eat a crapton, I feel like I could eat the whole world if I wanted to ;_;Is there any solution to this? Sigh. I gotta bulk to get skinny. Literally whenever I relapse, I stay at what BIA pegs as 9-11 percent bodyfat (lol, closer to 18-22, but it's directionally accurate and useful for trends). I looked fatter at 45 kg skinnyfat than I did at 49 lean.

Damn, I've been having constant morning diarrhea and dyspepsia, even liquid foods make me feel sick. Bloodwork is pending. I guess I have no choice but to commit to thinspo. I'm still consistently going to gym but my strength has gone down considerably, I hope I can still retain muscle while slimming down even if everything passes right through me.
