No different from your average salaryman in Japan, though I have to say those guys have been getting more casual like their American counterparts. The thing about clothes is that they will always look like a costume unless they really are your clothes and you wear them as such. That is what it means to have style. If you just dress up like a model from an ad, it won't look like you.
