Why is the mustache so popular with zoomer retards nowadays? Do these dweebs actually think it looks good?
>>
>>18690549
Counter culture, they want to look bad because they have zero self confidence so looking bad on purpose feels like winning.
>>
>>18690549
older people are uncool so they do the opposite of:
>shaved/stubble
>skinny jeans
>gold jewelry
>blank t shirts
>having money
>>
why were moustaches popular with millennials?
>>
>>18690569
Because they could actually grow them
>>
>>18690579
"I can grow a moustache all by myself" is the "I peaked in high school" of fashion, wow good job you developed facial hair a couple of years before your peers, now you're 45 and making $72k a year, you're a real winner
>>
My mustache is thicker and more dense than Tom Sellecks but I can't image just having it without a full beard, shit's super weird.
>>
>>18690660
Oh shit, looks like I raped and murdered a nerve

Yeah, I bet you can't
>>
>>18690692
It's genuinely as thick as Fryes but him Selleck, Sam Eliott etc are kind of the only types of guys that it looks good on ie hyper masculine boomers. It looks weird on younger guys.
>>
>>18690660
A mustache looks good only if you have a tall upper lip and a thin wide mouth. Full pouty lips (like on that zoomer in OP) with a short upper lip look feminine, so just a mustache on them look like a woman wearing a fake mustache.

It's even worse when they combine it with this hideous mullet thing
>>
>>18690699
It makes them look like FtM trannies.
>>

Its an irony thing rooted in liberalism. Appropriation of a hyper masculine statement of old on present day performative men to diffuse the notion held by women that those men were dangerous and violent because of toxic masculinity. Its like the inverse of modern liberal women not shaving. "I can look like this and still be a feminine woman, I can look like this and still be a progressive feminist man"
>>
>>18690563
>older people are uncool
traditionally true, but with the current gens, no longer true. Millenials are still cooler than Zoomers.
>>
>>18690549
They want to be taken serious. I think it looks terrrible but its not any worse than chinlets or soi beards.
>>
>>18690883
>traditionally true
Post WW2 decades aren't "traditional". Throughout human history older people were considered cool and wise, someone you're supposed to respect and look for guidance because they have life experience. It's only after the kiked post-WW2 era that older people were getting labelled as lame, because liberalism and progressivism won the war, and it hates everything old and traditional and wants to tear it down to recreate the world in its own image.

Zoomers are going back to the old because they're starting to realize that this hatred of the old is a psyop and you shouldn't hesitate to emulate anything that's good even if it comes from the old. Change just for the sake of change in the name of "progress" is retarded.

>It's only after the kiked post-WW2 era that older people were getting labelled as lame, because liberalism and progressivism
There's no way you actually believe this is true. Old people have been looked down upon by younger ones for millennia. There are writings and plays from ancient Greece that depict the elderly as out of touch, incapable of understanding new ideas, slow-witted, weak, cowardly, etc. There are also ones that speak about "social decay" and how young people are disrespectful towards elders.
>>
>>18690883
i think they find what millenials had growing up was cool, millenials themselves at large caused a lot of problems and fell for the dating app/immigrant/feminism/tranny psyops which is definitely not cool
>>
>>18691180
Dating apps used to be a white thing. Back in high school and college I never knew anyone using them who wasn't white. Browns weren't really on the Internet until the later millennials were out of college. We honestly had it made.

You're retroactively applying the shitty dating app conditions that came a decade after we aged out of it as the norm. It was never like that during our time. YouTube was also completely different. Basically just random dudes posting funny stuff and shitty wobble videos. Now everything is a Hollywood production or podcast/streamer selling you shit.
>>
>>18691196
even at the time i could see they were running at a loss to get people addicted to swiping and establish a monopoly while making people think its gonna be a free ride forever and get you used to taking control away from the user (like how we went from dedicated servers to shitty lobbies and p2p skill based matchmaking), not to mention a lot of people talking shit about the apps and them using them on the DL. and apps always had browns you could just filter them and the fatties out somewhat. there was just less of them before obamaphones for the turd world became a thing and international scamming really exploded. i really miss old youtube but on the flip side now its also a video based knowledge library if you can navigate it. pros and cons to everything that dont show up until it gets saturated and gamed. you make good points though
>>
>>18691196
What does browns being on dating apps have anything to do with it? Are browns making white women whore around with the 1% white (and black) men, and ruin dating for the remaining 99% of white men? White millennials "ruined" dating apps on their own. They didn't need browns to do it.
You can't ruin what's already shit. Dating is supposed to be between people who know each other. Dating apps are just a quick way to indulge in casual sex with people far beyond your social circle.
>>
>>18691180
Boomers and GenX created everything that millennials grew up on. But the moment millennials got in control in the early 2010s, they started turning everything shitty and gay by pushing tranny faggot woke bullshit everywhere. Whether it's music, movies, video games, comics, social media, or the workplace. Nothing was untainted by their degeneracy.
>>
>>18691221
Brother, gen X are the ones that did that, and are still doing it while they can. Bill gates, Gen x, Steve Jobs, Gen x, Elon Musk, Gen x
>>
>>18691230
Bill Gates and Steve Jobs were born in 1955, you utter, utter retard. In no way, shape or form are they Gen X.
>>
>>18691230
gen x were the upper management but millenials were the frontline workers, hr, and lower management
>>
>>18690883
kek imagine being this out of touch
