You really only need it for high UV exposure. If you go outside late morning or early afternoon apply it once, maybe twice. That’s all. You don’t need it otherwise.

>>18695192Sunscreen doesn't just turn off after 2 hours, it just loses potency. spf 60 is down to about 10ish after 8 hours, which is still about 90% of UVB blocked, being black is like having perma 10ish sunscreen on btw. That's still a workday worth of good protection. You only need to reapply every 2 hours if you want to keep a consistent 60, but that's only really to prevent actual sunburns from heavy exposure. Make sure to apply generously, as the 2 hour recommendation is greatly due to most people applying too little.
