Do you guys have product/routine recommendations for a guy with long, thick, curly hair somewhere between 2C and 3A? I get a lot of problems with frizz and breakage. I shampoo three times a week and condition every time I wet my hair in the shower (I go to the gym four times a week so I have to shampoo more than I probably should). I think the products I'm currently using are too heavy for me. If possible I'd like some products I can get on Amazon for cheap, but I'm willing to look elsewhere if it's worth it.

Using a leave-in conditioner helps against frizz, use it every morning if you care about how your hair looks that day, its more than enough and if you want to style it some way like a slick back or something use some sea salt spray or a pomade with it, otherwise just a leave-in conditioner works fine

Use a silk hair cap when you sleep

use gel for the frizz

Not OP but I have the same hair type as him and leave-in just wrecks my sjit even more desu
It helps a little bit with frizz but it just seems to flatten my waves and curls and sometimes leaves the tips stiff

This and mousse everyday.

I use a leave-in and it definitely helps but I have to water it down a lot and it kind of weighs my hair down no matter what I do. Wondering if there's lighter product you guys recommend or just what brands in general you guys recommend.
