I have a watch similar to this, with a brown plain leather strap that I like and I want to wear it my black sneakers (I mostly have and use black sneakers with a white sole).I dunno why but I feel it's slightly off. Suit guys always match shoe and watch and belt leathers, and I wonder if casual and business casual can get away with it?Maybe it should be a darker brown leather strap? Or a brighter brown? It has to be a steel case, gold case is even worse. What do you guys think? Sorry if I'm being retarded
Only an actual homo would care about his watch strap matching articles of clothing.
Dressy watches always look kinda off with sneakers. Its like wearing a button down shirt with sweatpants. A good median in my opinion would be canvas loafers or boat shoes. You can also put on a suede strap to dress down the watch a little.
