So for how much time can you keep losing hair "temporarily" until it doesn't grow again?I've been losing weight since october, and it's been falling ever since
you'll know in twenty years but if you're losing weight then losing hair is pretty common since thats a huge stress factor for the body

>>18699277can I know now please?so far I lost 20% of my body mass and my doctor said I could lose up to 50%, which will take years btw, I don't think the follicles will survive
>>18699356It takes an awful lot before the body will stop making hair, I mean getting to auschwitz-mode anorexic, eating a caloric deficit will not make you lose hair on your scalp, you are literally going through male pattern balding, fin and min now.
>>18699314why about the picture do you like?
>>18699246Probably just lose weight slower and I doubt it will be a problem. Like what >>18699505 said.
>>18699246Make sure you hit all your vitamins and macros eg eat high protein low fat/carb and take vitamin pills to supplement.Ive been on a 3 month 1200 calorie cut and my hair is still regrowing.
