The reason why 90s and 2000s baggy fashion looked good was because their clothes were made of high quality sturdy fabrics that gave the clothes structure and body. So it didn't look like they were swimming in curtains. Zoomer baggy clothes on the other hand look like shit because they're made of cheap, low quality, flimsy fabrics.
