I don't really have a super strong opinion on this but growing up the only women I saw not wearing bras were lazy old ladies with saggy tits who stopped giving a shit so that's just sort of where my mind goes by default. My girlfriend and all my female friends as well as all my girlfriend's female friends all wear bras. I'd consider them classy ladies. Never seen a classy lady go braless. Not saying it doesn't exist I've just never seen it personally.

but for me anyway i personally straight up LOVE bras. like a lot. i love the progression from shirt/top to bra to bare tits, rather than just shirt/top straight to bare tits. it just doesn't feel right. the bra adds so much to the progression. like pretty christmas gift wrapping or something like that. and a lot of bras are straight up cute actually. especially if they're a nice color that looks good against her skin color or if they have lots of pretty little details on them like perhaps lace or patterns or something else. bras also make for some pretty good cleavage in tops. i also think the sight of a bra strap, bra clasp, or bra cup outlines is kind of cute, just like visible panty lines. also when women's boobs start to bounce like crazy i start to feel pain because even my small man boobs bouncing already hurts so i'd much rather see them properly supported

so for all those reasons a woman i'm interested in not wearing bras would be a genuine disappointment. that's why i always compliment women's bras when i get to see them. tell them how pretty the bra is and how amazing they make her tits look. ask her questions, ask her how many bras she owns, when i see them all tell her i think they all look adorable and sexy, etc

From my experience the smaller the woman's boobs the more she hates bras and the bigger the woman's boobs the more she loves bras. For women with small boobs bras don't serve much of a purpose beyond just covering nipples and for women with big boobs it's genuinely painful to do things without a bra, especially if you need to run or go up and down stairs. I've seen women with big boobs need to constantly hold their boobs if they're going up and down stairs braless. And then for women with medium/average sized breasts the hate or love for bras can go either way depending on the woman's comfort levels but more leaning towards hate since most women in general seem to hate bras.

I'm basically in agreement with everyone who replied before me but I do like when we're just sitting watching a movie or something and my wife suddenly and quietly takes her bra off right there and now.
