Exceptional.

How many fucking threads do you have up right now asking the same question what is wrong with you why are you trying to kill this board

I like Ralph Lauren's Double RL line and I wonder if anyone else out there shares my enthusiasm for that specific line.

If you don't like the thread then you don't have to reply.

Or you could just participate and share your thoughts on Ralph Lauren's clothing and we can get a discussion going, which I think seems more reasonable and productive.

>why are you trying to kill this board

I didn't see that part.

I think you're being overly dramatic.

RRL is a fantastic brand

Polo is ruined by third worlders, but not all of their stuff is bad

Wasnt Ralph Lauren a jew?

I like their design language. I don’t know if it applies to all their clothes, but the few pricey items that I have from them are pretty well made. Stitching and fabrics/materials match the price.

Also, I’m a watch guy as well and RL makes some surprisingly decent and fashionable watches.

Anything with the damn horse feels too tacky for me, but I like the vintage Hammond pants I got for a steal.

Nta, but this board (and all 4chan boards) are definitely dying. The number of posts on all boards have taken a radical nosedive. The poor quality of the threads is definitely contributing to it.

Overpriced for what it is. I still own quite a bit of their stuff.
I mainly go there when I am sad and just want to browse around in a store that repels the "walmart people".

He still is, I think.

>Overpriced for what it is.
Basically this. I like a lot of their stuff but they price their clothes as if they aren't made by some Vietnam chink and I find that insulting.
The RRL line is sick but you could find most of it in a western store along with made in north america options for less than Ralph Lauren.

I'm going to call bullshit.

Take a look at this past catalog.

Nobody can do it like this.

Try showing me one better.

coo brand, my uncle is a rich doctor in the us and his wardrobe is a lot of RL. Wish I had 20 million in the bank but I do not.

I agree with him to some extent, it’s disingenuous to think that the normal Ralph Lauren line, at least, is higher quality than even fast fashion. Their shirts are still made in Vietnam or Bangladesh and see this:

https://ww.fashionnetwork.com/news/Ralph-lauren-will-keep-raising-prices-to-boost-brand-prestige,1537560.html

>Ralph Lauren Corp. plans to keep lifting the average price of its products, a sign the US apparel company is doubling down on efforts to elevate the cachet of its brands.
>“I don’t think there’s a limit as long as we do a good job on elevating the product, elevating the storytelling, elevating the environment,” Chief Executive Officer Patrice Louvet said while discussing the company’s pricing plans.
>Louvet also told Lacqua that Ralph Lauren is focused on expansion in India, where the company currently has four stores.
>In India, Ralph Lauren is being “very deliberate on planting the right foundation so we can build from there with the right image perception,” Louvet said.
