Im short , but I notice when I have my lean face - girls literally bend over backwards, dudes are way more polite, etc. I just love the energy and treatment I get.

The thing is though , it feels agonizing to maintain that face + I do have some minor complications health wise + its basically a part time job in the gym to keep it going. Plus I can't keep the muscle - I become a cardiofag to burn enough calories which pisses me off cause im expected to be "strong" as well.

Is there a middle ground here or do I have to go all the way every time and lose gains to maintain a lean face?

if social gains are your goal and you're not gonna touch gear I would prio being lean. Being lean and even slightly muscular puts you in the 1% of the 1% anyways. Its good you recognize how you're treated different when you have pretty privilege. Most people here think im insane when I bring this up. Its a literal fucking superpower
