How the fuck do y’all do some of these excercizes to failure, without hurting yourself?

When I go to failure, I go until I literally cannot do more and collapse. If there is no safety or it is not a machine or I can’t safely drop the weight I cannot go to failure
I tried pic rel and my joints were burning long before my chest got tired

90% of gymbro advice comes from roided out assholes who would build muscle just by sitting on the couch
They will look like pic rel, then tell you they eat rice kripies with kool aid and ego lift with terrible form (then tell you you need to buy their training and dietery course and turkoil pills)

>Yeah bruh you dont need to train abs, they grow big on they own fo sho

Dumbbell flies are a boomer meme, go to failure on cables or Pec deck
>>
use a machine
or
an exercise where you can safely drop the weights

oh wait you already know. so yeah try the machine or cable flies if db flies hurt your joints

If you cant do it anymore youve got till failure. If you cant gst it up halfway the weights just drop down harmlessly. Bench press and squat is actually impossible going to failure without a spotter and the right equipment. Probably a troll post anyway.

failure is when you can't perform another rep without form breaking down, not when you are so exhausted you collapse on the floor

I get a great feeling after a set of these. what's the long-term potential kwab risks?

Theyre kinda nice since its heavier at one point and theres less momentum/mechanical advantage and builds tendon strength.

Ok try this, put the weight in front of your shoulder fulcrum, 30 degree hands and elbows, puff your chest out and rotate it so your nipples go to your hips and your shoulder joint is geometrically below the torque of the weight and its your muscles taking the weight instead of it moving the joint around and stretching/impinging tendons.

...Don't train to failure?
