How do frat bros stay so fit despite their lifestyles?
>>
>>76560385
It's absurdly easy to be lean when you're young. You have to be a complete degenerate not to be lean. But most people are out of shape by 30 and by 40 if you're not out of shape you're in the 1%.
>>
>>76560385
>why are young active people in better shape than me?
It's one of those unknowable mysteries of the universe OP, I'll have to ponder this one for a while and get back to you.
>>
>>76560385
They spend all their time sucking dick and taking it in the ass. Don't believe me? Ask your mom how demanding it is to be a power bottom. SIAF.
>>
a night of “hard drinking” is like 4 beers to most people
>>
They're not losers so they were probably active in high school in various sports clubs and that carries over well into your young adulthood
>>
>>76560495
yep it really does.

I always had this engrained assumption that fat bros were strong as fuck because growing up all of my fat friends were insanely strong. Turns out that only applies to fat guys who are active and play sports. Because most of the fats on /fit/ are actually weak as fuck and have no muscle. Its crazy
>>
>>76560385
Which one mogs?
>>
>>76560606
chad on the bottom left. You can tell they had him kneel because he height mogs.

>a night of “hard drinking” is like 4 beers to most people

I doubt this. Even the lightest drinkers will down more than that.

Basically this. I was a frat bro (although my school had non-traditional frat setup), partied all weekend, almost every weekend.
I was constantly on the move; soccer club, sailing club, longboarding, and just generally always on the move. Food was fuel so I could stop being hungry and do something else.
Being lean, light gym time each weak made it easy to look good.
Hit my 20s, worked in a lab; I still moved around a lot during the day, but not as much. I gained some weight, but not a lot.
Covid hit, I went from moving around a lab all day to 100% computer work desk job.
I got fat almost instantly. I ate more, without the constant "exercise" my mind just wanted me to eat all the shitty food I could.
I started in the gym again, and for whatever reason exercise completely changed my food-relationship; when I'm working out regularly, I just want to hit my macros, but when I'm not, I struggle not to eat like shit. It's a noticeable shift in what the brain wants.

takes a few years for a bad lifestyle to catch up that's why there's so many zoomer cope posts
>>
>>76560385
1) younger with better metabolism/hormones, arguably in their biological primes
2) most of these guys are dyel af, just skinny
3) frat bros notoriously don't give a shit about their studying beyond passing so they can afford to go to be super active
>>
>>76560385
Don’t know what you’re talking about, I know a shitload of people who went from skinny to chubby or chubby to obese in college. After college is even worse. I had a friend growing up who was always on the chubby side, maybe 15-25 pounds overweight. When he hit college he really packed it on quick, like an instant 40 pounds the first semester. I went a few years without seeing him in my mid 20’s and by his late 20’s he packed on another 40-50. Dude legit weighs 300lbs now. He was like 175 as a HS senior. He doesn’t even drink either, just has a crazy sweet tooth.

I wonder if these guys know that there is a gay 4channer utterly obsessed with them. I have seen some of these same guys posted in countless /fit/ and especially /lgbt/ threads, though not the first pic before. I would be legitimately afraid for my life at this point if I were them—bros, he’s going to wear your fucking faces or some shit RUN.

Apparently he’s a 37 year old brown guy from Australia. Someone found the same Twinks on his x videos profile

He never responds to the allegations btw

I created my own offcampus fraternity and it's pretty lit. We have 10 fit bros and we sell drugs.
>>
most of the input in this thread is ass from geeds who have no idea what they're talking about/seething because they never got a bid
most are dyel for /fit/ but plenty stay lean or have visible muscle definition. some were athletes in high school, and they naturally kept the habits they developed to be athletes to begin with.
they go to the gym often even though it doesn't look like they put effort forward, they still eat more (with more protein consciousness) than a regular dyel.
but every fraternity still has the fat guy, still has plenty of skinny guys.
they also do drink hard as fuck. you would too if you practically have it on your schedule to black out twice a week (thursday and saturday) and that's the only thing your whole friend group has in common
but they'll be in the gym with a hangover/still drunk next morning

Same for me, when I was in uni I was just always so social. I maintained a lifting routine, but so much of it was being invited out to do drop in sports/activities with the boys. I could barely manage to keep up with the calories I needed. I was living at home at the time, and I remember my parents being pissed because they couldn't keep groceries in the house. Even my friends who didn't lift looked great because we were always doing something active. Part of it was hitting critical mass on fitness, (drop in soccer didn't leave you bagged the next day) the other part of it was that I just didn't need as much sleep. I'm in my late thirties now and I miss being young, being fit isn't fun the way it used to be and my career has really hampered a regular schedule.
>>
>>76560385
This is just like the jacked prison inmate meme. Most of them are fairly skinnyfat, then you'll like the one guy on the right there in a cutoff shirt who actually does a few hours in the gym erry week and probably uses some deranged China pepetide the inmates can't smuggle in.
