I just started law school and have access to the undergrad school gym after spending the past year or so just doing bodyweight, pull-ups, and a few measly exercises with freeweight workouts.

Can someone post a good routine I can follow now that I have access to a real gym again?

doesn't matter

just do bench + squat + deadlift and whatever machines or other exercises you find fun

it doesn't matter

Post what you consider a good physique then

Damn. Extremely lickable. Looks like a swimmer tho.

But for routines check the sticky. It gives you a rough idea and then you can work from that.

You're at law school. You dont have time to lift

1.) That's clearly a woman
2.) Why does it bother you I have multiple questions to ask about fitness before and since starting?
>>
>>76567159
So far I do, it's not like I don't have a single hour to spare for it a few days a week. I'll probably have to stop for a big when finals get close but that's still a while away.

All you law students do is drink, study, and talk about class. Spending any amount of time with you dorks is incredibly tiresome. Maybe join in one of the pickup games of soccer or frisbee.
>>
>>76567870
First I don't drink but also wouldn't I be seen as super sad if I started trying to play soccer with a bunch of 18 and 19 year olds? I'm in my mid 20s I'd assume the undergrads would want me to leave them alone

indoors, where could one suspend a rope that could hold a 85 to 90kg sack of potatoes?
>>

Youre a law student and still too retarded to make a few google or chatgpt queries? The Chatbots exist to spoonfeed retards like you, bro bro
>>
>>76568291
Do you think /fit/ should just be shut down now that ChatGPT exists? What's wrong with preferring to ask real people to an AI?

What else does law school leave you time to do?

When I got back to the gym I just ran for two mouths.
They I hit the mechanics at low weight until I was confident I wasn't at zero in any areas so I would not hurt myself.

You need to work up and be sure you have good mobility in all areas before you go to the "real gym" stuff.
Just don't get an injury is all I'm saying.

That’s retarded as shit anon, you do not need two months of cardio before you can start benching again

first of all great job on doing calisthenics before steping into a gym
from someone that started doing bodyweight exercises before gym i can tell you the best routine for you right know would be a Full Body Routine for 1 to 3 weeks
you should train 5 days a week(if you can) and everyday should train at least 3 body groups, per example do 4 sets of lat pulldowns, 4 sets of shoulder presses, 3 sets of squats or leg curls and 4 sets of curls.
Its best to train like that for 2 reasons, your body is still "fresh" and any stimulus is gonna cause muscle growth and second reason you get to try and learn every exercice and machine and see what you like best
after 2 weeks of doing Full Body Training you should move a different training/lifting Split maybe Bro Split or PPL(Push Pull Legs), I personally prefer Bro Split
but thats my opinion, and enjoy university, i just finished my engineering degree and life's looking good
Godspeed you anon

>also
