I'm a recent former DYEL and need to reach out to you bros on what the hell I should buy? Ideally I'd like to find ONE preworkout and ONE post workout supps that take care of everything, but if I need to take other things that will make more than a marginal difference please lay it on me. I am lifting 3 mornings a week as well as going heavy on an elliptical machine and biking around a large lake for cardio. I'm also still fat after having lost 58lbs from being 300lbs at 6'1". 242lbs now, Goal weight is 190lbs.
>>76564408I think all the premixed ones are kinda B.S. when you can find better cocktails with a little research like...preworkout>caffeine>baking soda>ginseng>astaxanthinpost workout>cherry juice>boron>turmeric
>pre-workoutA bit of carbs>post-workoutWater
>>76564438>cherry juiceInteresting, I recently saw a funny vid of Arnold putting that in his shake (as well as some schnapps lol)
250 mg ANDORTALINE100 mg BOVETROL400 mg PENDROCLASTROLASEI DO THIS DAILY.
>>76564408I think woke af has everything you "need". I just look at the ingredients and price shop
>>76564438l-citrulline gives you a pumpalpha gpc makes you stronger
>>76564408I recently got Redcon1 Total War pre. Seems to be pretty well dosed, feel the tingles, pumps are great, have a bit more energy for gym after chugging it, quick effect. Maybe some others are better, but this one works for sure.
Best preworkout is a calorie surplus on the day before and 8 hours of sleep.
>>76564742i don't think alpha gpc will contribute enough to notice strength gains. most pros i know take it to focus during season when the overall energy is low.
the best preowrkout is a pbj sandwich and cup of coffee
>>76565522I'm high af right now and this version of the meme is new for me so I am savin and am a laffin.
>>76564408If you're just starting out, just caffeine and some food with protein/carbs and maybe a multivitamin. Caffeine is like 90% of what makes a pre-workout do anything. Now if you're at a point where you want to pull an extra rep out of your ass because you're making almost no progress then you can think about pre-workout. Post workout is just eat. Honestly, if you're at a point where you actually need pre-workout, you would just make your own from bulk powders because the premade stuff never put enough ingredients other than caffeine
Pre: caffeine, nicotine Post: Protein shake Keep it simple stupid
>>76564408>>76565522Anyone have the one that some anon printed out?
>>76565605nicotine is the best intra
