When did rooning finally "click" for you? Been rooning for like 6 months and always feel like something about my form is wrong. No injuries so far but I can feel my left leg dragging behind or something, it's like 75% of the work is done by my right leg

Form is a meme to look pretty while running. Efficiency > Form
>>
I only run on treadmills.
I'm not stupid to fuck my joints and age my skin. Outdoors are a meme.

Sounds like you have VERY low test

Form IS efficiency, retard. If your arms are going sideways, that's wasted energy. If your feet are slamming on the ground instead of gracefully landing, that's wasted energy.

Treadmills suck

Running without music is boring. I spend half my time curating running playlists and the other half running. Running with other people is gay because I only want to listen to music. Running far enough to require carrying water is annoying. Running laps is demotivating and annoying. The ideal run is between 5-10k, brisk, with cloudy weather and no bugs.

I'd zoom past your dumbass, faggot

Scared of some sunlight, angloboi?

what do you mean by left leg dragging behind? Do you find it hard to flex your left foot up (ankle dorsiflection)?

Have you ever measured cadence? Aiming to get your cadence to 170+ will solve a lot of running form issues in my experience

Get a metronome app. Set to 180, subtract 3 per inch over 5'7" of your height (165 for 6ft). Run to the beat at minimum.

Just run in a way that feels most comfortable. The more you run, the less you'll think about it.

This. Everyone is different. What works for someone isn't gonna work for you.

Zapotek comes to mind, also Peja Stojakovic, but those are outliers. Form = efficiency for most people

Agree with everything except sunlight, being out in the sun is one of the reasons I like running so much. I can’t run without music though.

yea agree, try running in a forest if you have some nearby. I live 2 mins away by foot next to a forest, fucking love running in there. Best is around 5pm with the sun, beautiful sun lights coming through the trees
