I want to do so many things yet don't have the power to do even the basic things like showering. I tried so many supposed cures like probiotics, yogurt, raw milk(including fermenting it), raw eggs, carnivore etc. and nothing really has helped but just made me feel a bit more positive. Is it over for me? The worst of all is that nobody can't comprehend that this is not laziness but a lethargy because you become really tired and mindless even if you slept 9+ hours so no amount of exercising your will helps at all. This is where I experience the fatigue usually, it can also go lower or higher but it's usually that spot. Maybe I lose blood flow to that part in my brain but what could be causing it? Also it might be slightly causing the same kind of feeling in my knees.

>dont shower
maybe you're just Indian?
anyhoo, what does your doctor say, faggot?

It's understandable, you can't help it.

Here's your solution OP, get ready, it's a big red pill to swallow: stop doing pseudoscience bullshit like raw milk you fucking idiot. Go to your doctor, they'll probably send you to do a blood test or something which can show what is wrong with you.

Doctors don't care at all.

i have a similar issue, i have a frontal headache and fatigue every day. I’ve seen several specialists over the last few years without much success. I have allergies (+ve skin prick test to several fungi) and currently think sinus inflammation may be contributing to my symptoms. Saline nasal sprays help a bit, theyre cheap so something you could try. I sympathise anon this shit sucks. If you haven't had bloods done yet i’d recommend it to rule out any obvious causes of fatigue (eg hypothyroidism, anemia, vitamin deficiencies etc)

Are your teeth ok? Even the best raw food can't heal your teeth and they'll leech your life away.
Fatigue means you should rest - the body is trying to repair or get rid of something that is detrimental to you.

I had chronic fatigue for nearly 30 years and in my case it was bad teeth and a bad diet that caused parts of it. Additionally some people are too sensitive for the "modern world" which results in too much stress and further shutdown. A solution is costly - only buy the best food and have a big place where you can retreat to. All of these things are getting scarce.
>>
>>76566517
Interesting, I will look up that.
>>76566710
Well, I'm trying to eat only quality food but can't afford the best. Also I'm trying to rest as much as possible but this is a very specific form of fatigue that makes you feel really drowsy but can't fall asleep or really rest that feels like some kind of torture.
>>
Is there mould or dust or other irritants in your house?

Black mould gave me over a year of sinus inflammation and headaches until I moved out of that rental.
How's your hydration? What is your calorie intake like?
Does meal timing or diet affect symptoms?

I honestly thought I was diabetic but it turned timing meals and eating lower gi carbs and timing sugars managed my symptoms and my health improved I feel better but only if I keep on top of it

yogurt and raw milk and fermented food actually make your gut health worse
theyve been wrongfull advertised as probiotic just because they have bacteria

take a real pre/probiotic or do the potato hack
>>
>>76567354
I can't tell anymore but think it has something to do with the food. The problem is that the food can make you really energetic once and the next time it can make you fatigued, doesn't matter if it's fruits or meat with butter. I really don't get it. Mind telling me more about what you did?
>>76567369
Just to get prescribed poison?
>>76567785
>take a real pre/probiotic
Like?
>potato hack
What is that? Is it some weight loss program because I definitely don't want to lose weight.

Same issue, except relaxing is impossible.

I think when your forehead contracts that correlates with prefrontal brain activity, and so by that logic you need to chill using your prefrontal brain so much... stop living so analytically and coldly and just 'give up' for a while going with the flow and resting up.

Try to realize when your prefrontal cortex acts up, especially when your relaxing/in bed/ so that you can see why you can't recover. What are you doing that impairs your recovery? Maybe, you just need to give it time, and your blocking it with your worry. Maybe, you need to stop certain behaviors that you've learned to cope with your anxieties so that the body can truly let go and relax.

What you can do is use GABA agonist supplements that inhibit neuronal activity so you can relax, like chamomille or passionflower. Then try to learn that feeling apply it more to your daily life.

I'm in a similar situation like you OP, and I realize that 1) I have bad breathing habits causing me to snore and 2) I need to slow down and stop with the 24/7 internal monologue and analysis.

It's fucking difficult to be truly silent and let the brain rest, because it feels comforting that when a feeling in your body pops up you try to translate that into knowledge even though you already know what to do etc. It's an inefficient process.

Tons of weird esoteric knowledge in here so you better digest this slowly, but for more info you can look up this PDF file https://motricidadehumana.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/edmund-jacobson-you-must-relax-health-psychology.pdf

It's a book that states that mental activity is mirrored in the body as muscle tension, and that relaxing any minute muscle tension will also inevitably relax the brain. It states that the mind-body distinction is false, and that the body is "whole" so to speak. Have a look at the methods.

And if anything works out for you in the future, be sure to make a thread about it.
>>
>>76566385
So you did a bunch of retard diets instead of going to a doctor? I mean yeah most are just going to jeet you around and bill you but there must be something going on. Maybe see a neurologist or brain specialist. Diet is not going to help you, you likely have some injury or genetic issue.
>>
>>76566385
means you have to sleep better. there's either too much co2 in your room at night (in which case open a window) or your pillow is not providing the right support for how you sleep
>>
It sounds like you people are fucking anxious as hell, tensing up your shit and nuking your recovery. Then instead of chilling out you go on a research spree over the latest schizo fad and then stress your body further by eating some nasty raw stuff. Then you worry that it doesn't work. Get a grip
>>
>>76574460
Why do you have to be so mean, obviously OP may be mentally unwell but to expect him to change his old habits and anxieties that were most likely instilled onto him before he was even 5 years of age... is tough.

Same with how people then cope by saying "yeah I had some anxiety here and there too I overcame it this way" It's obviously not the same for everyone buddy. There is no reason to be unnecessarily mean like that.

If he is a subhuman which I assume he is, then most likely all the women and most men in his life are already mean to him no doubt. But this whole boomer bootstrap get tough mentality is not how you build a civilization. This is how the lower classes stay low while the elite keep building themselves up. Kindness is not weakness, unless you lend it to evil people.

Now excuse my rant, just wanted to keep it civil.

Wow, thank you for the reply! Yes, I also came to the conclusion that it has to a form of overactive prefrontal cortex or something in that manner because I can't stop thinking. What helps to an extent is consuming a lot of butter, however amount you enjoy(like 200~ grams a day for me) preferably with other food and especially meat. Another thing I practice is muscle relaxation. The easiest way to learn it is by staying still in the most comfortable position you can find and perhaps watch something so you don't get bored. You will learn the feeling and be able to practice it quickly and then you can focus on specific parts though should do it only until it feels good otherwise it will turn into muscle atrophy. Still doesn't solve the issue but it's a thing that helps and I think if consistent it can perhaps solve it. Also there's this book body keeps the score and German new medicine who talk about these things but they seem to be difficult to implement. I have the same problem with breathing but I think this is like you said, a mental/nutritional one and not a habit by itself because when I'm relaxed it's usually not a problem and it fixes itself. Also Aajonus Vonderplanitz talked about how you're sending too much instructions to your brain which makes it overwhelmed or something but his diet is very expensive and it's difficult to acquire many of the things anyway.
>>
>>76574375
They give people with far less problems things that can ruin their lives.
>>76574443
I sleep with open windows, of course and it's not the pillow either. But anyway, you can have little sleep and still not have this problem.
>>76574460
How exactly do you do that? I tried so many things and nothing does it. If anything, when I relax it seems like my brain works even harder.
>>76574478
Well, I realized that such people literally can't comprehend that other people can be in a spot that's difficult to overcome. Though I have tried many different things(and continue to do) as I don't want to waste my short period of time on this earth with fatigue and like I said already, it's not like anyone sympathizes with you for it anyway unless they have experienced it themselves.
>>
>>76574482
The butter stuff is interesting, maybe walnuts or fatty fish could help as well?

Also about the sending too many instructions to the brain part, sounds like me for sure, whether you think or relax there is something to manage.

Like you already stated that when you relax you feel your brain is still overactive, thats what is true for me as well. At that point its hard to choose between active relaxation and passive relaxation. Hope you can fix it bro.

Maybe a solution would be to practice the relaxed state during the day, but I wouldnt know how. Like doing it more and more can make it second nature and take you out of the constant aroused state?
>>
>>76566385
Can you record yourself while you sleep? Might be something as simple as sleep apnea
>>
>>76574688
Could be fucking anything from sleep apnea, to nutritional deficiencies to stuff like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. He will have to visit (an interested!) doctor who will run a couple of tests. He will only get bro science answers here.
>>
>>76574649
I tried both walnuts and fatty fish but didn't notice actual difference, if anything the second caused me diarrhea for some reason and couldn't eat it more than once(mackerel) even though the first time it was delicious. I hope you will manage to fix it too, it's really a torture. Also yes, I'm trying to practice it all time as long as I don't forget about it but feel like the issue might be somewhere else.
>>76574688
I have no idea how but I doubt it's because of my sleep as this fatigue is very specific and is not the tiredness you get from lack of sleep.
>>
>>76574833
I have a new finding, the prefrontal cortex feels fatigued and yet tense when we do nothing, albeit a different tension than when it is active when we are actively engaging in a cognitively demanding task.

I also find that when I'm resting and I let the prefrontal cortex chill out, my back of head gets tense af and yet I feel very warm in my body. Like a pleasant feeling of laziness or something, but I'm somewhat tense in the body still.

Maybe the solution is to learn how to relax the prefrontal cortex AND other tensions at rest while doing nothing? Basically, ignoring the fatigued feeling and relaxing that too but still not doing anything else.

Maybe this learns the body that the brake system is unnecessary and that your not in gogogo mode anymore, allowing you to chill. Because rn if you chill you probably want to do something, at least I do, I want to go to the gym and destroy myself.

Probably some trauma issue where I push myself too hard and the body putting the brakes on me.

Is this interesting to you as well? Also, I eat eggs for their brain benefits (choline etc.). I dislike the taste but think it's worth it anyway.
>>
>>76575701
Well, that's what I talked about, muscle relaxation and how staying still is the easiest way to learn it. Maybe it's a way to actually recover your body that sleep alone can't do or at least not possible because the brain can't fully rest. I had some of the most restful sleeps when my body was completely relaxed throughout the whole time. As for the trauma, this is what German new medicine claims is the cause of most, if not all diseases but have no idea how to resolve it. Feel free to share any new things or thoughts you have, it's really interesting to me and will also keep the thread. I myself love eggs until I get satiated by them I guess and then don't want even a single more but I ate them raw so perhaps there's a difference.
