I hurt my wrist hitting a heavy bag and it wont heal. I can't really do any exercise pulling or pushing with it. It's my right wrist.

when I pronate my wrist and grip things it hurts, when I write with a pen it hurts, when I do pushups it hurts.

What should I do in regards to healing it? I don't want my arm to atrophy and I don't want it to heal badly. It has been unbalancing my whole body I believe.
I also have an ankle injury. I feel like my entire body is very unbalanced, especially from driving in my shitty small car.
Any people with experience healing and balancing their spine, and body from the modern world and injuries would be great.

If it's that bad, you really should visit a doctor/phys therapist. Fastest way to fix the issue.
In the meantime, have you checked AthleanX? A while ago his vid actually helped me with dislocated spine from shitty form and egolifting with Squats. I was lucky that I was able to snap it back into position without surgery.
