My mother more than likely has SREAT, and probably had it for close to 25 years.

She has all the brain imagery signs aswell as the very high anti TPOs.

No neurologist or GP knows how yo test for it.

How dangerous would it be for me to practice a 1000mg IV of methylprednisolone on her ?

holy kek
potentially fatal

1000mg bolus methylprednisolone can have serious complications anon
like cardiac arrhythmias, electrolyte shifts, hypertensive crisis, and anaphylaxis
EVEN in a monitored setting
non-clinical IV is also stupid
sepsis from improper technique, air embolism and tissue necrosis from extravasation
seen it all

go to a neuroimmunology or rheumatology department at a uni hospital
you need to rule out mimics like CNS vasculitis or lymphoma as well
