These niggas are ripped and strong as fuck. So how did they get this physique by just doing body exercises? You never see a gorilla lift weights in the wild either.
Their diet is better then and healthier then yours. It's hard to eat so much you become obese in nature. They do tons of cardio and really high volume bodyweight training constantly.Humans have evolved to have higher body fat percentages then most other apes, partially because of our more predatordy lifestyle compared to other apes.
>>76566738>partially because of our more predatordy lifestyle compared to other apes. You know chimps hunt and eat meat right vegancuck?
>>76566740Breakdown of a wild chimp’s diet:Fruits & plant matter: ~80–90%Insects (termites, ants, etc.): ~2–4%Meat (from hunting monkeys, duikers, bushpigs, etc.): generally <5% of the total diet
>>76566716That's what their genes program them to look like. It's like saying why do their faces look like that, is it their diet. No their genes make their faces and muscles grow like that.
>>76566716Purely socio-economic factors
>>76566917Kek
>>76566716They walk with their arms. Your legs are stronger their arms their legs are as weak as your arms.
It's genetic. Once you hit a certain level of muscle (talking about noob gains, not the natty limit) it gets much harder to build more because you're fighting your genes. We're not meant to be very muscular. He has the muscle he's supposed to have by just living how he's supposed to live.
>>76566716>wild animal is stronger than couch potato human being that doesn't lift anything heavier than a trashbag, barely walks and eats like absolute shitGee, I wonder why. You know ancient humans were much stronger than modern humans too, right?
>>76566716this endlessly reposted stupid meme is getting really tired. I remember when this board used to actually have legitimate advice and be talking about lifting instead of posting pictures of apes and that stupid meme where the guy says he's going to eat gorilla biscuits. The originality of people has really taken a terrible dive
>>76566929>I remember when this board used to actually have legitimate advice and be talking about lifting10 years ago?
>>76566740Yeah, a chimps diet is like 5% meat, compared to that a pre-agriculture humans diet could be anywhere from 30 to 100% carnivorous depending on the enviroment and while chimps are opportunistic predators humans were much more active predators and scavengers as well as much more nomadic, so the need for a higher bodyfat percantage then other apes.I think you misread my comment and somehow came to the exact opposite of what I was saying.
>>76566929>I remember when this board used to actually have legitimate adviceLol when? When people were telling newbies who wanted to look like Zyzz to do SS+GOMAD? I've been here since 2010-ish and this place has always been 90% retarded teenagers giving each other retarded advice. The based trips like quad, supermutant, tiny, zyzz etc are long gone. If you're here for anything other than shitposting, you are wrong.

Most male skeletons being around the 179 cm mark, or just below 5´11>The Gravettians were also fairly robust, although less strongly built than the Aurignacians. In terms of stature, they were one of the tallest ancient populations to ever have existed. The average Gravettian male stood around 182 cm, or just under 6'
denser musculature by default (they cannot float at all), less myostatin, digestive tract built around processing their veg to maximize protein extracted, and they spend literally all day climbing around in trees>>76567535i kneel

>>76567535Amazing
>>76567535I believe that pain is the basis of evolution, and that humans evolved to be naturally predisposed to pain and adversity, both physically and psychologically, for the purpose of never stagnating in evolution, even a mild discomfort can lead us to an autistic road towards improvementHumans specifically need pain to be strong because otherwise we wouldn't grow, a human's infinite potential is only manifested by an infinite source of painYou can tell how much humanity a person has by their capacity for pain
>>76570120Are you referring to anal sex?
>>76566986This.
>>76566716They are lazy animals that don't have to do a lot of work to survive. This keeps them highly reactive to exercise and makes them grow muscle easily as it is not in their nature to do a lot of work.Humans on the other hand are very hard-working and industrious since they live in very hostile environments (we aren't safe up in the trees). This makes humans less reactive to exercise, since all humans have to work very hard, but there's a sweet spot for how much muscle is useful to have. To keep the average human close to that sweet spot, their continued industriousness made them less reactive to exercise. There used to be humans who didn't have to exercise a lot to grow big and strong, they're called Neanderthals, but they died out likely because of energy inefficiency (more likely to die in famine etc. because they need double the food homo sapiens do)
The thing that I don't get about mammalian evolution is how can it be that no primate ever developed the ability to toss and throw things well aside from us even though they absolutely have the upper body strength for it. Wouldn't it be really useful at relatively little cost?
>>76570301We're kind of the only upright primate who really needs it. The intermediary steps towards any ability also have to be adaptive. For tree dwelling apes, having arms that are evolving slightly towards being able to throw better would probably make them worse at swinging and climbing which is their main way of life. It's also a little redundant since they can throw already, just not with a lot of strength. Tree-dwellers do also have projectile weapons in being able to drop heavy things from a height.
>>76570301Other primates lack the DEX necessary to unlock the throwing skill tree, specifically the hand-eye coordination.
>>76566716>So how did they get this physique by just doing body exercises?climbing and swinging from trees all day, doing the equivalent of one-armed chins and muscle ups.human gymnasts who do that kinda stuff are muscular too.
>>76566716it's almost like they don't have human genetics
>>76566716Their physique is not for exercise, it comes from genetics. There is a protein called myostatin which inhibits muscle growth, to prevent organisms from getting too bulky. Pic related is a breed of cow (the Belgian Blue) that have been selective bred to be incredibly deficient in myostatin, so they grow an unnatural amount of muscle. As a result they are highly immobile, probably suffer great joint pain and IIRC they can't even give natural birth any more, they have to be delivered through c-section, but they do produce a lot of meat quickly so we can slaughter them for meat. When a boy goes through puberty and becomes a man myostatin temporarily becomes inhibited, you bulk up a lot without any effort.>>76570301If I had to make an uneducated guess then having a shoulder that's great at throwing would probably be worse at the other things primate use their shoulders for. It's a tradeoff, there's not one design that excels at everything.
>>76566906>>76566923>>76570504yeah, it's genetics. Chimpanzees were one of the slave-tier creatures that were genetically engineered by the Annunaki many millenia ago. The ETs/advanced humans realized that chimps, while strong, were simply too retarded to take direction and be good slaves, so they just ignored them and let them live in the jungles. Same with a lot of other monkeys desu. Ultimately they worked at humanity a little bit and created the various racial groups that we see today (Caucasoid, negroid, and mongoloid). Caucasoid race is likely created from inbreeding between annunaki and the mongoloid race
I would absolutely fight a chimp in hand to hand combat. I probably have more pounds of muscle on me than what the average chimp weighs, so how could it possibly be stronger than me?
>>76567048Hunter-gatherers weren't manlets, you retard. They were as big as modern humans. People became smaller when they developed agriculture.
