Is it possible to have a six pack while being an alcoholic if I do like 500 sit ups per day?
>>76566934what an absolutely idiotic question
>>76566934All that matters is that you are on a calorie deficit. If your drinks fit within it, you should be fine.. unhealthy and feeling like shit all the time though.
>>76566934yes just make sure you have a low enough calorie deficit to lower your bf%what is your drink of choice my alcoholichad friend?
>>76567022Whiskey and beer. The beer is killing me with the calories but I can cut that out maybe. I don't eat sugar or junk food. Just meat, vegetables, and lots of alcohol
>>76567029beer is the enemy. clear spirits are your friend. get used to vodka. the name of your best friend in the world should be bloody mary. for optimal /fit/ness as a drunkard, the tomato juice should be fresh, and the lemon juice should come from actual lemons.Godspeed, fren
>>76567029Whiskey is great. Try also cocaine in fasted state or pre workout. Avoid beer and weed. You got this.
>>76567044>>76567043dont listen to these faggots, life isnt worth living without beer. it does obviously have a lot of calories so you should keep that in mind when you do drink it, but you should never completely abstain from it because it is the nectar of the gods and the fruits of this world were placed here for us to enjoy them.
>>76567043>bloody maryThis sounds like a good idea. I've never been a vodka drinker but I can adapt. Thanks anon
>>76567077I agree with that, but drinking 20 beers in 2 days is probably too many calories
There are no crackheads where you live?
>>76567113Dios mio
>>76567099not unless you don't eat anything in those two days. but even then, you're not doing your body any favors. just stay away from beer, bro. i'm a drunkard, too. i work very hard, and on weekends, i like to get hammered. even early in the day sometimes. i love my saturdays. watching movies, playing vidya, meeting friends, going shopping, all while i've had my few drinks already. later in the day, up the ante. i love it. i still work out a lot and go running two to three times a week. it evens out. works great. i'm a fit guy. just don't drink beer. stick to clear spirits.
>>76567224>even early in the day sometimesSometimes? That's the best time I'm actually going to try to stay away from beer after this weekend. I like the bloody mary idea but if you have any other suggestions of hard liquor that doesn't make me want to puke before I get properly buzzed then that would be nice. Never been a fan of clear spirits but I'm an open minded person
>>76566934I'd say you ought to be more worried about your liver and your pancreas long term. In the end, alcohol will kill you slowly if consumed too regularly
>>76567330actually, i think bloody mary is one of the best drinks overall. it's very hearty, very spicy, and i rarely ever get zoned out from it. no headaches usually, too. plus, the vitamins. other than that, a very, very smooth and great tasting drink i like is play licor 43 with milk. it's from spain, available in most of europe, not sure where you're from. tastes phenomenal, get's you hammered, but in a smooth way. never had any bad side effects from it. it does have a lot of sugar though, and milk has a lot of calories.
>>76567342There are people that have never had a drink and get liver cancer. Being a faggot will also kill you slowly so I'll take my chances
>>76567623It's not cancer that's the alarming one, but alcohol is the cause of roughly 60 % of all cancers. It's liver cirrhosis, acute inflammation of the pancreas, heart failure that'll kill you long before any cancer
>>76567899>60% of all cancersWrongCancer is not well understood. It can happen to anyone at anytime, regardless of risk factors. There are only things we know that contribute to cancer, but there is no definite cause of cancer that we stupid fucking mutant chimpanzees can understand, so we do our best. There are 90 year old Japanese men who have had alcohol their entire lives and still drink
>>76567953You’re right, 60% is way off. The real figure is closer to 4-6% globally. Not every drinker gets cancer, just like not every smoker does. But population studies are clear: alcohol is a Group 1 carcinogen, and even moderate use raises risk for certain cancers. The Japanese grandpa example is just survivorship bias
>>76568173>is just survivorship biasNo, it was a common example. I live in the United States and know many people who are similar. There are plenty of countries where this example is prevalent including Scandinavian countries, Western European countries, and even Eastern European countries and Asian countries. Saying that alcohol causes cancer is so fundamentally wrong and does not account for the entire globe who live completely different lifestyles that it's just as based in science as psychology
