Yes I'm that asshole that loves dips
Anyways, I know that deeper range of motion is better for higher muscle stretching and activation. Why do so many anons not build up from assisted movements to big compounds like deep dips, dead to chest pulls and dead to chest chin ups?
I lift like a powershitter but I also have a fondness of full ROM body weight and weighted calisthenic movements.
Why do so many people hate on this? Because they suck and can't progress? I'm 205lb and regularly do 1pl8 for 8 weighted dips chins and pulls for multiple sets

That's odd, you should be stronger on dips than pull ups. I easely 2 plate on weighted dips but barely rep weighted pull ups with a single plate.

Often I'll do more like 12 but I don't want to go higher than that just due to me being a boomer and I might die if I move wrong
