I want to start swimming because I've heard it's amazing cardio but I'm a sperg with social anxiety and I'm afraid of the lifeguard looking at and judging me for my form and physique.Have any anons here been lifeguards before? If I go when it's not crowded will the qt girl and fit guy lifeguards be judging me for not having abs or not going very fast or not being able to do very many laps?
