You are not in a deficit if you aren't losing weight. Maybe you are eating fatty meats rather than more lean ones? Using too much oil when cooking, or something like that, but you probably aren't accounting for calories somewhere.Also eat your fucking vegetables and carbs goddamn, all meme diets are retarded.
