I have really low test. After some research, it's either my calories being to loow, my fat intake being too low or not sleeping enough. How to fix this?

My BMI is normal, my body fat is normal to low but I look really soft and spongy, I have no trouble building stregth/muscle, but my libido is shot, I am always tired and have depression and lots of water retention (4-5 lbs weight gain or loss overnight is not rare). Also got Hashimoto's diagnosed for over a decade now.

Will eating more+eating more fat and more sleep really fix this?
