Eating gluten unlimited. Now I just do rice potatoes and gluten occasionally. Some say GF is bullshit but it’s my key in feeling better. It’s been suggested that American flour and baking ingredients are all slop and that’s what is actually causing the gut issues from pasta etc. but in any case cutting gluten, sugar and dairy in that order has been most helpful for me.

I did FODMAP for 3 months which was helpful but also kind of a meme since there are different guidelines based on source. Again, the effects were real so I’m glad I did it.

that every sports is well enough. huge difference between all kinds of movements. how you work decides what kind of muscles are going to activate and how you look. choose your sports according to how you wish to look and how you can maintain in daily life.

Literally nothing you just said made any sense.

He could try harder but so could you.
The meme that he fell is "it doesn't matter what athletic activity you practice. As long as you practice something, you'll be fine."
This meme is wrong because, for my example, marathon runners have a distinctive scrawny look that people don't like.
His alternative to the meme that he fell for is "pick an athletic activity based on your desire to look and live like the people that practice it."

Dangers in your alternative:
1. long-term practicioners hide the downsides. Limited range of motion, overuse injuries, sleep apnea, gut disorders - none of that goes into the public facade.
2. shills do not need to practice. A bodybuilder could post ten videos a week about marathon running, sell his own brand of running shoe, interview famous runners, while his physique only reflects his heavy lifting.
3. seriousness and length of practice aren't always apparent. A fattie that bicep-curls a 15lb kettlebell and tell you he's a big kettlebell guy. You can enter a boxing gym and see a bunch of new students who are all out of shape and think: "man, boxing must be one of those meme martial arts like Systema. I can't believe I almost fell for it!"

A normie will agonize over a decision like picking a red vs. a blue t-shirt for DAYS, but then make life-altering decisions in an instant and based on a gut feeling like "yeah, I want to look like this guy" or "if I can't trust a doctor, who CAN I trust?"
