My program wants me to do one of these exercises, but they all require machines. legpress, hack squat or leg extensionsI only have a barbell and dumbbells.Are there any alternatives?
>>76571196barbell squats dumbass, they replace hack squat and leg press just fine. Maybe drop the program volume by 20% since they're a bit harder leg extension you're kinda fucked, best option is weighted sissy squats while holding a plate
