My program wants me to do one of these exercises, but they all require machines.
legpress, hack squat or leg extensions
I only have a barbell and dumbbells.
Are there any alternatives?

barbell squats dumbass, they replace hack squat and leg press just fine. Maybe drop the program volume by 20% since they're a bit harder
leg extension you're kinda fucked, best option is weighted sissy squats while holding a plate

technically you can do hack squats with a bb, they were originally meant to be done with one

if not, assuming you have bb squats somewhere else in the program, do another type of accessory movement

Reverse Lunges, Bulgarian SS, Front Squats, Zercher Squats, Good Mornings

without the machines there's no movement that can replace a leg extension or leg press, there just isn't, best make use of what you have

Already doing Squats before that. I'll look into Sissy Squats, thanks.

Didn't know you could do Hack Squats with a barbell. Thanks a lot, I will do it that way!

they suck to set up and do. if you're gonna commit to a weird, stumble-prone leg movement just do BSS
