I just did a squat PR today. Post them, whatever color you are. Also, if anyone's interested, I got tired of splicing my screenshots, so I made a script that compiles all the data in one window so you can easily screenshot. Works for up to 7 different lifts afaik, but you have to get in full screen mode. Might be different for resolutions other than 1080p.
Arguably frauded with putting my 10RMs.
>>76571628Out of those lifts I only do weighted pullups :\
>>76571628
If anyone wants the script look for symmetric-strength-screenshot-capture on github
What website is this?

>>76571628What the fuck. I thought I'd have yellow tits.
How is everyone so strong? It used to be all blue and teal people here. I just dipped my toes into the advanced zone a month ago and finally felt acomplished.
>>76571628If any fellow DYELs are looking at this thread: Here's my humiliation score. I went from subpar-tier to untrained-tier in two months, and I'm actually quite close to novice-tier on most of these lifts. We're all gonna make it, brahs.
>>76571762
>>76571775Based. Keep going.
I put in fantasy number and it still ranked my as intermediate for certain muscle groups. Try putting in fantasy numbers and you will see this thing is bullshit
>>76571829It seems fine
>>76571829lmao this fat nigga can't fathom doing a pullup.
>>76571851I don’t know how you got that. I put 500lbs for 10 reps on every lift with this one and this is my result. 500 lb weighted pull up for ten reps. And it says the forearms are untrained. And I put my body weight as 200 lbs. I did back squat, bench press, deadlift, ohp. Try it for yourself if you don’t believe me
>>76571903Continued-As an addition to this experiment I thought I would try one rep instead of ten. I invite anyone to plug in the same numbers I put in to test for themselves-This is the result for a 200 lb male that had a one rep max on bench of 500 lbs, one rep max on OHP 500lb, squat 500lb, pull up 500lb, deadlift 500lb.
>>76571903>>76571923It's clearly bugging out at the "500 lbs added pull-up." I don't think it's a problem since no human being will ever reach that number.
>>76571675>terrific diddly or pendlay
>>76571773this but I'm intermediate with blue quads and ass
>>76572207Pendlay row, 255lbx10.Deadlift is more average, 405lbx10.
>>76571628I TRAIN PULLUPS EVERY FUCKING DAY WHY ARE MY LATS SO WEAK FUCK
I hate being this weak bros. Having that said, I do below parallel high bar squats and I have a strong feeling that if I did low bar till parallel, my legs would look better on the chart. Does anyone know what average weight difference is between a 1RM high bar and low bar squat? I'm guessing 20-40 lbs?
>>76572322You do gain about 20-40lbs as soon as you switch, but in the long run you can hope for even more.
I remain convinced that the inflation in squat/OHP numbers on this site is due to the prevalence of depth and ROM fraud in both lifts
>>76572365I'm >>76572322and you pulverize me in all lifts, except OHP, which is pretty much the same. I do it completely strict, no leg movement and from touch the collar bone to locked out elbows. Still great lifts though.
>>76572431I'm guessing you are heavier, I entered 85kg to get those scores.Just pick a squat style and stick with it. I did high bar, then low bar and now I am back to high bar because low bar exhausts your delts and upper back more. I also somehow obtained tendinitis in my right thumb.Low bar was easier for me but more in the realm of +10kg, specifically the sticking point is less sticky because you can drive more with your hips out of the bottom without losing position.Pick whatever feels right and stick with it, if your high bar doesn't have any fundamental positional errors in it (folding over like an asshole, massive butt wink, knees caving significantly etc.) then don't fix what isn't broke, high bar will always carry over to low bar.All this being said you are reading a wall of text from someone that can't even squat lmaofuggin4pl8's
>>76571775youre cheating your pendlay form
>>76572365You've been lifting for a little over a year and you've already fallen for the parallel coping.
>deadlift +19%>bench press -15%
Dont skip your overhead presses!
>>76572507Thanks for your insight man, I think I will stick to high bar. I'm not good at it, but I do use decent form till depth. > low bar exhausts your delts and upper back more. Also seems like a decent reason to stick to high bar.
