>>76572138Cut everything that overlaps dude. Also 1x/week freq is too little at least 2. Just go upper lower upper lower if you want to go 4x/wk. Pick main compounds for each group add 1 isolation if needed.
The main thing standing out to me is your rep ranges being ass backwards. Like for lateral raises you are only doing 8 reps but for bench press you are doing 10 reps. Ideal for me would be more like 5 or 6 on bench. And more like 12 to 14 on lateral raises. You will figure out proper rep ranges with time as you lift though.
