It is shit. Its too much. Cut it down to 6 movements or so per day. It also has no focus. What are you prioritizing? What's your goal with this? Just to say you work out? Its like a bad brosplit that doesn't even go all in on being a brosplit. Hire a coach.

lmao okay. ig i can cut some exercises that might overlap but what do you recommend instead, making a new one all over again? my goal is to gain muscle while losing body fat, and the best coach i can get atm is chatgpt.

Cut everything that overlaps dude. Also 1x/week freq is too little at least 2. Just go upper lower upper lower if you want to go 4x/wk. Pick main compounds for each group add 1 isolation if needed.

The main thing standing out to me is your rep ranges being ass backwards. Like for lateral raises you are only doing 8 reps but for bench press you are doing 10 reps.

Ideal for me would be more like 5 or 6 on bench. And more like 12 to 14 on lateral raises. You will figure out proper rep ranges with time as you lift though.
