Hypothetically, if I did a fullbody 3x a week routine like this:

2x Incline bench
2x OHP
2x Lat Pulldown
2x T-bar Row
2x hack squat
2x preacher curl
2x tricep pushdown
2x leg ext
2x leg curl
2x hinge movement

5-9 rep range
All sets to failure
either A/A/A sessions or maybe A/B???

would I run into any major issues? I can't stand doing a certain exercise only once a week as you often would in an A/B/C variation of fullbody. I prefer autistically just doing the same thing over and over again. For the most part atleast. Trying to be as minimalist as possible. Don't currently care about calves. Maybe a second tricep exercise would be good but idk how essential that is? Also thought about adding pec deck, but im wondering if Incline bench would technically be enough.

I'm actually running a similar full-body routine, though it's a bit more structured and with better push/pull balance
4x5, 1x5+ flat bench (add weight if able to do at least do 5x5 with perfect form)
3x8-12 barbell row OR seated cable row (alternate between the two, add weight if able to do 3x12 with perfect form)
5x5 overhead press
3x8-12 dumbbell curl
3x8-12 tricep pushdown
4x10-15 dumbbell shrug (optional)
5x5 squat OR 1x5 deadlift OR leg isolation work (3x10 leg extensions, 3x8 leg curls, etc.)
