>>76573483Ive never had it to where i get worse gains from working more besides bench and legs, even if i do like 5 days of lifting in a row its a max rest of 3-4 days thats optimal for hypertrophy assuming you also bulk. Cns is more youre either losing sleep and lifting lighter, recovering worse etc you can kind of just drink a ton of coffee and take up to a month off of lifting entirely. Muscle damage is almost impossible to get, pissing dark/rhabdo but more just persistent pain and it feels slow and like concrete. That can take about a month also to be entirely good to where you can lift a lot again but thats why i usually dont go so hard on arms/core/some back/legs so when it does happen i can keep lifting. Being fresh and lifting heavy is a pretty big deal for cns/density.
