Does this work?

this guy did it >>76572508

but really it's a genetic thing and works for people who naturally build strength easily so it's bad general advice
>>
>>76573687
Yeah absolutely. Myo reps is a rip off of this but it totally agrees with effective reps model that everyone is shitting their pants about. The only differnce in natties is you can't do this effectively with compounds because the fatigue is just too high and so is the danger. With everything machine or isolation related it's the best potential use of your time in the gym. There's no reason to full-rest except for comfort and to satisfy the autism of getting straight sets. Hell even the rep goals of his stuff were almost exactly on the money for effective reps thresholds.

I still do compound exercises with this program, I just avoid SBD in favor of exercises that aren't either potentially fatal in the case of failure or a big pain in the ass (machine chest press/pendulum squats etc)

>>yes gear works
it truly does

I use to frequent their forums since he made a supplement company. It's basically just heavy weights with "stretching." Apparently the 'stretching,' is their secret uber technique for doggcrapp
>>
>>76573873
Yeah he seems really into this "weighted stretching" thing

You can probably just throw that out
>>
>>76573873
It's specifically just rest-pause with stretching after
And a rotation of lifts over a few weeks, and an emphasis on trying to add weight to your lifts as much as possible ("beat the logbook")
OP read the cycling for pennies post to understand the program
>>
there used to be a few pros who did doggcrapp. evey single one of them stopped and did normal training. no pro does this now and no amateur you've ever heard of this still does this. that tells you everything. and despite being an u/l split with 50% or their time dedicated to legs, every single one of those guys had shit legs.

On roids, maybe they're worried about ripping their tendons with all the stretching?
>>
>>76574186
Pros usually don't do anything this stressful. Time saving measures are simply no where on their priority list to begin with.
>>
More like dogshit.
>>
>>76574686
More like canine poop. Huehue, aren’t I clever?
>>
>>76573817
Great insight. As a somewhat advanced natty working full time, managing the recoverability of my workouts is the biggest variable to making progress.

If I push a workout too intensely, it can fuck up a whole week of training.
>>
>>76573687
Yes it works extremely well. Why ask on here though, why can't any of you triple vaxxed redditors on here just try things for yourselves?
>>
>>76574996
>huehue
>>
>>76574186
any HIT-adjacent method is more advantageous for natties by nature as natties have a poor recovery cap and might benefit from prioritizing recovery
>>
>>76573687
>lift heavy 3-4 times per week
>get big
Of course it works.
>>
>>76574186
Alberto Nunez (recentest mr Universe) does
>>
I remember on the bodybuilding.com forums someone asked Bob Cicherillo if he used this and he said "it has crap in the name what do you think" and everyone laughed at that retard
>>
>>76578162
Also Mike Israetel said "I inherently don't go for methods that are self-effacing"
>>
>>76579424
Mike Israetel, failed bodybuilder? That Mike Israetel?
