I bought one of these for my home gym after buying into the hype,Titan fitness version, it was about $400 back then which wasn’t a big deal - but it didn’t do much for me, it was uncomfortable to use, hard to get consistent form, and also you can do a huge range in weight because you’re swinging it all with momentum so it was unclear what was an appropriate weight to use, and in the end it didn’t seem to help anything.Got rid of it on Craigslist
