What routine have you used last year and what are you using now. Last year I was focusing on getting bigger but now I say fuck that gonna focus on cardio first by running 2-3 miles before every workout. Also did PPL now upper lower
>>76573814>Last yearWhatever I feel like.>This yearWhatever I feel like.
>>76573814How to go from middle to right?
>>76573848Seconded. Drop the routine op.
>>76573814need to stick my dick in middle pic
>>76573848>>76573889please don’t let me fuck you instead middle is literally peak aesthetics why why why would you wanna degrade yourself
this is kekke spam fyi. iidk what he gets out of this but he makes these type of threads constantly.
>>76573889>>76573894this is kekke samefagging.
>>76573927idek who kekke is i just want sex and middle is sex
>>76573971nobody cares faggot. go talk to a therapist about your rape trauma.
>>76573985>suggesting someone to go to the rapist to deal with their rape trauma
>kekke was raped by his therapist
>>76573814what is the story behind this?how long did it take him to get lean like this?what did he do
>>76574009no seriously who is kekke i’m a tourist
>>76574154He took fatburning drugs. I think dnp and clen but I can't remember exactly. Definitely clen.
>>76574161damn seems like it was worth itwell if he can hold the bodyfat
>>76573848anavar or at least primonot evening meming. I'm at a leaner version of middle and have stalled for 6 months. I'm meticulous about my diet, make all my meals, exercise 7 days a week (basically PPL and daily cardio with day 7 cardio only). have gained only 10% strength and no visible changes. at a certain point you hit the natty asymptote where it will take years to just gain a little strength and size. seriously contemplating gearing.
>>76574291Keep coping
>>76573814Why do the penis be shaped squarely
>>76573848You have to sprint / do fartleks. Read Lyle MacDonald "stubborn fat loss solution" for the full deal but once a week minimum > 5 minute warmup jog whatever>20 minute HIIT, hard run/intense weights 80% effort>40 minute-60 minute steady state 30-40%>20 minute HIIT, hard run/intense weights 80% againIt's hard but it works. To me from 14% or so to sub 10% in a few months even with two cheat days because I needed more calories to kind of sleep. Haven't done it since. Don't forget electrolytes though
>>76573889The image has been circling this board before covid bro…
>>76574310did you even look at the shoulders and biceps? that level of vascularity with that level of leanness screams that he's on gear. not all gear makes you really bulky. can you do it natty? sure, but it's going to be years going from the middle pic to right if doing it natty. that's all I'm saying. maybe there's a 2-3 year gap here. but I'm assuming it's one of those "look what I did in a few months" transitions, in which case he was definitely on gear.
>>76574355>To me from 14% or so to sub 10% in a few months>in a few months
>>76574291OP-pic is 21 FFMI tops. If you need var to reach that, you might as well kys. Or hop on anavar idc

>>76573848>>76573889Left to mid took me 3 month with help of 3 cycles of DNP and shitton of cardio. Mid to right took me 6 more months of very serious lifting with no supplements besides EC as a pre-workout. I've made a custom routine based on scooby's work (back then he was respected on /fit/), but basically split 5 times a week something like ABxCABx with very strict dedication to progress and calorie+macro counting.I was 26, 6'0. Weight on the left was around 225, mid was 135, right was around 175lb
>>76574626>>76574619Post pic or fuck off larper
>>76574596FFMI? read it again, not saying not natty, saying it must have taken a while, not nearly as easy going from mid to right as left to mid
>>76574646Will this version of comparison I made back then make you feel better?
>>76574626>Mid to right took me 6 more months
>>76574685ill eat my words, amazin
>>7657459621 FFMI is still way too generous. looks like 19 FFMI to me. there's like 3 months of lifting there combined.
>>76574626>225 to 135bro you lost 90lbs in 3 months? even on DNP that's insane.>135 to 175well this part poorly though. if you did everything perfect you'd gain 20lbs of muscle in 12 months. vs only 6 months of what you did. so you probably gained like 8lbs muscle and 32 lbs of fat. which makes more sense to me because you don't look like 175 to me, more like 150-155.
>>76574685do you have the last body side view aswell?please post if you do
>>76574611LMAO
>>76574877>bro you lost 90lbs in 3 months? even on DNP that's insane.I was really dedicated to make it happen. Got tired of being fatty for years, and all my previous attempts to lose weight gradually failed, so I treated it like the last chance. 10 years later and I'm glad I took that route. Don't think it would be possible without a solid bump from DNP though.> if you did everything perfect you'd gain 20lbs of muscle in 12 months. vs only 6 months of what you did. so you probably gained like 8lbs muscle and 32 lbs of fat. which makes more sense to me because you don't look like 175 to me, more like 150-155.No clue how it worked in terms of math, but I remember being on ~500 calorie proficit during that specific period. In terms of bodyfat %, I feel like I was around 10-12% during the time I took the right pic. My face looked awful though, and it took another few months for it to become normal again. Now, 10 years of low effort lifting later, when I weight around 175-180, my face looks much more normal, but somehow my body doesn't look that lean anymore. >>76575579Nah, didn't think it was worth it, as my main goal of that journey was to lose the belly, and extra muscles were only an excuse for me to have a higher TDEE, so I could eat more with less consequences lol. I hate my side profile anyways, as my torso is unproprotianally large compared to the legs with no hams. No matter how much I tried to grow them, they just not cooperating
>>76575604good work mancan you please tell me why you took DNP over T3?
>>76575604how much did you eat a day from left to mid pic?and did you eat fat?did you fast?
>>76575623Back then it was only clen via DNP. I did my research for a few months and decided only DNP worth the risks. Was able to manage it short-term sides, and never experienced and long-term consequences from it.>>76575768Ate 800-1200 cal a day. Didn't care about macros at all, because my goal was just pure rapid weight reduction. That's on top of 1000cal from running on a threadmill and 500-750mg of DNP during the cycles. No fasting. I've tried it several times troughout my life and was not pleased.
>>76576743*clen vs DNP
>>76573814Last year:I just did 4x10Now:I do a 3x15 anything that gets the blood in the muscle group I target. Then for my routine 3x15 per group then a 1x15 to failure. In 1 month, I have put on some noticeable muscle. Also, I up'd my protein to over 20g over my weight and start all workouts with a cup of White rice for the carbs.
>>76576743>500-750mg of DNPAre you mentally ill? I am serious.
>>76577992That was not the first time I've tried DNP though. At some point, I did up to 1000mg for a few days just to see how can I take it. But the very first cycles I've tried were 125mg and 250mg. Everything I do in life is very much calculated, based on meticulous planning and personal experiments.
>>76573848flex
>>76576743super good broyou give me motivation to do the same now btw, just without the DNPOMAD at night, just boiled potatoes and salt, till then its only walking as much as i can and drinking vitamin c water because that helps to counteract the fasting induced low energy (alot of toxic shit gets released when losing weight that fast)
i focused on getting slimmer with no cardio and lost 20kg
>>76578204bosshow long did it take you?
>>76578199Good luck man! It's all about discipline in your head. Developing habbits helps too. Anyone without rare genetic disorders can get their bodies where need to be by sheer knowledge and will.
>>765782065 months
>>76578217100% truealso already know my "out" of thislow fat diet to maintain weight easily, can do this forever later on once i am at my goal>>76578225noicehow did you do it?
>>76573814Sheiko advanced medium load for 9 weeks, prior to that did advanced small load for 4 weeks. Gains have been insane past weeks and I'm surprised how good my body responded to the high volume. Intensity is definifely there as well due to accumulated fatigue.I went from 215lb 22% bodyfat to 216lb 18% bodyfat. Despite eating like a horse I managed to shed some bf %
>>76578232>howvery high protein diet and lazy PPL. I still lost muscle but I'm at 24bmi
>>76578272what does PPL mean?
Why do I like the left pic better? He was big but not in an ugly way like some can look. He looks aesthetic even with that much fat.
>>76578347probably because you are a retard
>>76573848Just keep losing weight. Hips are where this anon stores fat primarily, so it's the last place to get lean. When you're lean enough up top, keep going. Top will stay the same
